Wet Leather – If You’re Wrong [Review]

If You’re Wrong is part of Wet Leather’s album titled Waxworks Vol. 1. The song has a classic indie rock sound in which the steady drum section and bassline keeps your heart racing while the classic synth elements add an out of this world, retro vibe in it. Melodic wise it’s minimal and engaging chord progression keeps on during the full song with a small variation in the bridge before the last chorus. Lyrically the song has a Caught By The Fuzz ”you wish you’d stayed at home tonight” by Supergrass feeling. Listening to Waxworks Vol. 1, the track feels as the most melancholic moment of the album.
