Snowlab – Apollo [Review]

For the lovers of powerful solid drops, Snowlab’s ‘Apollo’ is a crowd pleaser. Commercial but imaginative, reflective of the artist’s inspirations from Flume as well as his hard- work and devotion in the making of a track that is characterised by its classic future bass pluck.

Apollo can stand alone as the main dish, however it is part of an album that has been prepared with care and a variety of elements. The final synthesis is incredibly dynamic and appealing tracklist. Apollo shines in the absence of lyrics as the song introduces only brief excerpts of the Apollo mission dressing the finale in a movie – resembling way.

OK, wait, it won’t be all praise mister. I am putting in a request for the next album title to be more personal and out of the ordinary please. Now go, go listen kids!
