It sounds exotic and I hope I’m not falling into the trap of orientalism here. It sounds, ugh, how can I put it? It sounds like a mainstream song you would totally memorise and listen pretty much everywhere but at the same time it’s flavoured. It’s not a nonsense song, I mean. It has those lyrics I’m sure you’ve already memorised not so much because they’re catchy but because they are very much relatable (‘It rhymes coz it’s true’).
Shower is a commercial song written by Los Angeles based singer DYLN and produced by DYLN and her hubbie aka Frequency, but similarly to her other tracks (which you should make sure to check here) they are addictive, playful and personal.
