Forêt Noire – Circular Birds

Forêt Noire artist collective’s new work is the result of a unique concept. Five vocal artists compose the song individually, without any interaction, until the day the song is ready. A task that feels like it does not have a hope in hell. Until Forêt Noire proves us wrong by producing a dazzling electro R&B anthem where fanciful melodic lines are blended in a flawless sound design. One voice compliments the other effortlessly, which should not be taken for granted as an easy thing to do. The idea behind the video clip, the theme of a mixed urban-forest-industrial scene, is not super innovative, but collaged so beautifully that the outcome is a surreal atmosphere of parallel realities coming together. A song to dance in the open part of the empty summer city.
