nug – Beast / Звір

Beast / Звір throws you right in from the beginning. Chaotic and enormous multiple riffs, which occasionally mixed together reveal band’s songwriting ability and give the listeners the feeling of unpredictability, pushing them to keep guessing what’s next. It is a lengthy piece with a clear focus on progressive synthesis with less straightforward melodies and an emphatically complex layering. The track consists of numerous different chapters where the aggressive soundscape balances between delicate clean sections and terrifying loud parts with powerfully croaky scowls and a clear intent to not enunciate every word. With a whole album coming in August 2020, nug got us already hooked!
